Understanding Visible Promotions
What’s the deal with promos?
At Visible, we want you to get the most bang for your buck, so you’ll likely run across a promo code (though some promos may not require a code). To get the best promo possible, be sure to check out our Deals page for information on current offers.
New to the Visible family?
Enter your promo code at checkout in the Promo/Referral Code field, and the total balance due will update to reflect your discount.
Already a member and have a promo code for a service discount?
Simply log in and enter your promo code in the Apply a Promo Code field, then click Apply. The code will apply to your account, and you’re on your way to pocketing some extra coin!
Note: Only 1 service discount promo code can be added each payment cycle on the account overview page.
How do I know which promotional code to use?
Found two amazing deals? Typically, you can only apply one promo code at a time, but we recommend testing them out so you can select the best promo for your needs.
When using promo codes:
Verify the code is entered correctly |
Promo problems are often caused by typing codes incorrectly, resulting in an invalid code error, so be sure to spell check. |
Promo codes are limited to a set period |
The eligibility period for each promo can be found in the terms and conditions, so be sure to review those carefully. |
Check for exclusions |
Some codes may not work with other promos, but rules for each promo can be found in the terms and conditions. |
If a code has already been redeemed |
Some codes may have a limited number of uses or are user-specific, meaning codes are invalid after reaching a set maximum, so review the terms and conditions to verify. |

Every promo comes with certain eligibility requirements, and you can likely guess what comes next — read the terms and conditions to learn more. |
Does Visible have port-in promotions?
Visible offers promotions to new members porting-in from other carriers. This means members coming in from another carrier can bring their phone number with them through the port-in process. However, not all carriers are considered eligible for promotional opportunities and/or benefits.
