Visible's Inner Circle is an innovative program that allows you to share benefits, get discounts, and manage payments with your closest ones. 

It offers more flexibility than a traditional family plan, letting each person control their own account, while saving money on Visible+ and Visible+ Pro monthly plans.

How to create a Visible Inner Circle

Congratulations!  You decided to be the Admin of an Inner Circle. Now, follow the next steps to create a Circle:

 
Step Action
1

Sign into your Visible Account.
2 Navigate to the My Account>Dashboard section.
3 Locate the Explore Offers section.
4

Select the Family plan reimagined tile.

Note: A "Is Visible Inner Circle right for you?" screen appears
5

Give the Circle a name.

Note: Do not use special characters (i.e., @,#,%).
6 Click on Create a Circle.

 

Note:

  • Once you create or join an Inner Circle, you can access the Visible Inner Circle dashboard from your account.
  • If you are the Visible Inner Circle Admin, you will be able to remove other members from the Circle. (See the “How can you remove a member of your Inner Circle?” section for more details)
    • Each Inner Circle member can choose to:
    • Pay for another member’s services; or
  • Allow another to pay for their own services

 

How to invite a new member to your Visible Inner Circle 

Let’s select who’s going to be a part of your Inner Circle! Follow the next steps to invite a new member to your Circle:

 

Step Action
1 Access Visible Inner Circle dashboard from your account.
2 Click on “Invite members”.
3 Enter the phone number you want to add in the “Phone number” box.
4 Click on “Add another phone number” if you want to add more members to your Circle.
5 Click Invite.
Note: A "Nice work on your Inner Circle" screen appears.
6 Tap Got it.
Note: Your Inner Circle dashboard appears showing all the members that accepted your invitation.

 

Note

  • You can add up to 6 members at a time.
  • You can have a maximum of 7 members in the Inner Circle.
  • Sent invitations are available for 24 hours.
  • If the invitee declines, the invitation is removed.
  • Any Visible Inner Circle member can invite other non-Circle members to the Inner Circle.
  • The invitation will be sent through email, and only to Visible members (i.e. not to non-Visible customers).

How to remove a member from your Visible Inner Circle?

As  an Admin, you can decide if a member of your Circle must be removed. Follow the next steps to remove a member:

 

Step Action
1 Access Visible Inner Circle dashboard from your account.
2 Navigate through the members list. 
3 Click on the 3 Dots beside the member’s name..

Click “Remove from Circle”

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear > confirm your selection
Note: After the member is successfully removed, a confirmation will appear on the top of the screen

How to be a part of an Inner Circle? 

Hey! Someone has invited you to be a part of their Inner Circle! To join a Circle, you must follow the next steps:

 

Step Action

Sign in to your Visible account.

 

Note: Alternatively, you can access the Visible account sign-in page through the Go to account link in the invitation email
2 Click on Open Invitation to access the full details of the invitation.

Check the checkbox if you want to allow other Circle members to pay for you.

Note: 

  • Remember it’s optional to activate this selection.  
  • You can change this selection later on.

Click on Join Circle.

Note: A “Congrats! You’re now a member of (Circle’s Name)” green banner appears.

How to decline an invitation to a Visible Inner Circle

Not interested in being a part of an Inner Circle? You have the last word! Follow the next steps to decline a Circle’s invitation:

 

Step Action
1

Sign in to your Visible account.

Note: Alternatively, you can access the Visible account sign-in page through the Go to account link in the invitation email
2 Click on Open Invitation to access the full details of the invitation.
3

Click on Decline Invite.

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear > confirm your selection

Tap Yes, decline invitation.

 

Note: If you decide to decline the invitation, you won’t be able to join this Inner Circle.

  • If you change your mind, don’t worry! You can be re-invited by one of the Circle Members.

How to leave your Inner Circle?

Missing your time alone, or making new friends? Don’t worry! Follow the next steps to leave your Circle:

 

Step Action
1 Access Visible Inner Circle dashboard from your account.
2 Navigate through members list.
3 Click the 3 dots on the right of your name.

Click “Leave Circle”

Note: A confirmation pop-up will appear.

Tap Confirm

Note: A confirmation banner displays.

 

Note:

  • This process applies for Admin users as well.
  • If an Admin leaves the Inner Circle, the member with the longest tenure becomes the new Admin.
  • The member loses the Visible Inner Circle discount when they leave the Circle. 

Know about payment options

Inner Circle allows you to choose the payment option that suits you best:

  • You can pay for yourself.
  • Other members can pay for you.
  • You can pay for other members.

How to Allow Payments 

Follow the next steps to allow payments from other Circle members:

  1. Access Visible Inner Circle dashboard.
  2. Navigate through the Members list
  3. Click on the 3 dots at the right of your name.
  4. Click on “Allow payments from others”.
    1. A confirmation pop-up will appear > confirm your selection. 

Note: Allowing other members to pay on your behalf shares plan, device & payment details with everyone in your Inner Circle.

How to Stop Allowing  Payments

Follow the next steps to stop allowing payments from other Circle members:

  1. Access Visible Inner Circle dashboard.
  2. Navigate through the Members list.
  3. Click on the 3 dots on the right side of your name.
  4. Click on “Stop allowing payments from others”.
    1. A confirmation pop-up will appear > confirm your selection

Note: 

  • When you stop allowing payments from others, your payment details will no longer be shared with others in the Circle. 
  • Other members in the Circle can no longer make payments for you.

How to pay for another member’s service

Want to pay another member’s service? Follow the next steps: 

  1. Access Visible Inner Circle dashboard.
  2. Navigate through the Members list.
  3. Click on the 3 Dots to the right side of the name of the member you want to pay for.
  4. Click on Make this member’s payments.
  5. Select the agreement box.
  6. Click on Submit.

Note: Autopay is mandatory to pay for other members.

  • You can pay for multiple members.
  • Members who pay for others, are only responsible for the  service-related payments (i.e. monthly or annual plans, smartwatch service and device protection plans). 
    • The Global Pass and device purchases are not included.
  • If a member is already being paid for by another Visible Inner Circle member, they cannot pay for other Inner Circle members.

 

How to stop paying for another member’s service

You don’t want to pay for another member anymore? Follow the next steps to stop payments for another account:

  1. Access Visible Inner Circle dashboard.
  2. Navigate through the Members list.
  3. Click on the 3 dots menu next to the right side of the name of the member you no longer want to pay for.
  4. Click on “Cancel future payments”.
    1. A confirmation pop-up will appear > confirm your selection.

IMPORTANT: 

  • The members you are paying for are indicated by those that have a "$" icon on the right side of their name.
  • If the beneficiary's account becomes lapsed after payment failure, only the beneficiary can reactivate their own account’s service.

How to stop receiving payments from another member

Missing your independence? Follow these steps to stop receiving payments from another member:

  1. Access Visible Inner Circle dashboard.
  2. Navigate through the Members list
  3. Click on the 3 dots on the right side of the name of the member paying for you.
  4. Select “Stop payments”.
    1. A confirmation pop-up will appear > confirm your selection

Note: The member who pays your service is indicated by a "$" icon on the right side of their name.

Know your benefits!

Thinking about becoming part of Visible’s Inner Circle? Here are some of the benefits you can enjoy:

 

  • Each member on the Visible+ or Visible+ Pro plan receives a $5 monthly discount when joining the Circle.
    • The Inner Circle needs 2 or more members for the eligible discounts.
    • The discount applies per line.
    • This discount combines with:
      • Referral credits
      • Device service credits
        • Other service discounts do not apply. 

IMPORTANT: 

  • Visible prioritizes existing promotional service credits over Visible Inner Circle discounts. 
    • The Visible Inner Circle discount starts after the promotional service credit expires.
  • Members lose the Inner Circle discount when leaving the Circle.

 

  • Visible Inner Circle offers Visible members the ability to pay on behalf of another member, which means:
    • You can decide to pay for one other member, or multiple members in the Circle.
    • Your services can be paid by other members.
    • All members can pay for their own service.
  • Your private information does not show to the rest of the Inner Circle members.
  • Circle members can still access Visible offers.
    • Eligibility rules may apply.
