Finance your Visible device with Affirm

Visible doesn’t want you to stretch your wallet thin if you don’t have the funds. Put a down payment on your device or pay for it over time through Affirm! 

If you’re browsing for a new phone and would like to pay over time, we have you covered. Anyone purchasing a new device through Visible has the ability to finance their phone or wearable, subject to Affirm’s terms and conditions.

Financing your phone with Affirm does not affect your ability to use Visible protect with Assurant to insure your phone.

During the checkout process, you will be provided the opportunity to add financing through Affirm.

What promotions can I use if I finance with Affirm?

On select devices, as soon as you make at least 50% of the payments on your device, Visible notifies you that you’re eligible for the Visible Upgrade Program! You will receive details on how to upgrade your device in an email.
 

The Trade-In program allows members who finance their device through Affirm the opportunity to receive a digital gift card if they do the following:

• Purchase a new phone with Affirm
• Send in their old device to Visible
• Pass a final valuation to determine the old devices worth

What will payments to Affirm look like?

Payments can be made directly to Affirm once your new device is ordered and an Affirm payment plan is set up. You can make a payment on the Affirm website, app, autopay, or by mail.

If Affirm cannot approve financing the full amount, you may be asked to make a down payment. If you do not meet Affirm’s minimum credit requirements, you will not be able to finance a device with Affirm.

What happens if I return my phone?

Members who make a purchase have 14 days from the date of purchase to return their new device for a full refund. That means, whether you used Affirm or not, you have 14 days, from the date that you order your device, to ship the device to Visible to receive your money back if you are unsatisfied.

Before returning, make sure you:

• Review our return/exchange policy.
• Review the steps to return the device.
• Print/find your shipping label
