Meet Visible’s new CXO: John Devanney


Visible has appointed John Devanney as our Chief Experience Officer. He will be responsible for elevating the Visible experience to drive member growth, satisfaction and loyalty.  As part of his role, he’ll lead all CX journeys, UX design, CX insights and NPS strategy for the Visible member experience.

Prior to joining Visible, John spent over 20 years in digital product design and development. During his consulting career, he and his teams helped clients leverage the latest digital capabilities to better serve their customers and create new, engaging experiences. He drove numerous design-led initiatives across the retail, telecom, financial services, and media industries. His clients included big names like Vodafone, ESPN, Tiffany & Co., NFL, American Express, Viacom, EY, and The Walt Disney Company.

John joins us from the Verizon Design group where over the past several years he has led experience design for the launch of 5G Home, retail and strategic initiatives. Most recently he led Verizon’s consumer product design group responsible for experience design of Verizon’s home, mobile, entertainment, family and security products.
