How do I use my Friend code?
There will be a box labeled “Promo/ Friend code” at checkout. Just pop your code in there and you’ll be all set.
Where do I find my Friend code?
You can log in to your account and visit the referral section to find and share your code.
When can I use my Friend credits, and what can I use them on?
You can only apply credits towards your next month’s service payments. Up to 12 credits will be automatically applied to the next monthly service payment(s) you make, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the savings.
When will I receive $20 off my service?
If you bring a friend and they activate service, you'll get $20 off your next month of service auto-applied to your account. If your friend brings you to Visible, use their Friend Code and receive $20 off your first month of service.
How will I know if I’m eligible for a limited-time offer?
When you become eligible for an offer, we’ll notify you via email and update the Referrals section of your account to indicate your eligibility.
What can I earn with my limited-time offer?
Earn gift cards, home devices and a number of other exciting rewards! The offer you’re eligible for will specify the reward you can earn.
How do I earn my offer reward?
Go to the Referrals section of your account and enroll in your offer, then start referring! Once the required number of referrals activate their Visible service by the date specified, and remain active members for the required amount of time, you’ll earn your reward. Reward updates will be emailed and available in the Referrals section of your account, so you can keep track of your progress along the way.
Will I still earn referral credits if I enroll in my limited-time offer?
Yes. Offer rewards are a bonus! You’ll continue earning the same referral credits, the same way, while you earn your offer reward.
