This Pride Month, Visible is celebrating the LGBTQ+ community by uplifting Pride history with a hilarious intergenerational 70s-themed show we’re calling “No Straight Answers.”

Generational divide? More like generational Pride.

Comedian, actor, and social media star Benny Drama stars as Brock Stockton, the host of “No Straight Answers,” quizzing two teams: beloved TikTok stars The Old Gays, and The Young Slays, a team of LGBTQ+ comedians and creators featuring Jared Goldstein, Kendahl Landreth, Lila Jackson, and Athena Layna.

Will The Old Gays slay the slang slam? Can our Young Slays win Benny’s heart in “If it Pleaseth the Queen”? You’ll have to watch ‘No Straight Answers’ throughout the month of June to find out!

That’s why this year for Pride we’re fostering connection between younger generations and LGBTQ+ elders, a group too often overlooked, but instrumental in advancing rights of the LGBTQ+ community.

Through our campaign, and beyond, we’re also honored to support SAGE, an organization advocating for older people in the LGBTQ+ community. By 2030, nearly seven million LGBTQ+ Americans will be over the age of 50. This community has faced significant challenges, and SAGE is committed to stand with LGBTQ+ pioneers and ensure they remain visible. Today, older LGBTQ+ people are twice as likely to be single or live alone, and over half say they feel socially isolated, according to SAGE. The good news is engagement across generations can help combat these issues while building visibility for this community.

Through the partnership, Visible is donating $50,000 to support key SAGE programs including the SAGE Hotline, which connects LGBTQ+ older people with friendly, trained responders who are ready to listen. This support builds on our track record of supporting LGBTQ+ organizations during Pride and all year long, including PFLAG, GLAAD, Trans Lifeline, It Gets Better Project, and more – something we’ve been doing since our founding.
