Connection Protection Still Going Strong for Members
It’s been six months since Connection Protection was introduced as a unique perk to Visible members experiencing a job loss. Honoring the resilient spirit of American workers on Labor Day, Visible is celebrating with a reminder of this critical program that supports workers in need.
Connection Protection offers eligible participants three months of service with costs covered by Visible, in addition to coaching and resources from Empower Work, to help those who have experienced job hardships get support to find their next role. As long as you have completed at least one month’s billing cycle with Visible, you’re considered an eligible member. Customers on the Visible base plan and Visible+ are still able to participate*.
When you’re a member of Visible, we’ve got you covered. But don’t just take it from us. Here’s what Connection Protection participants have said:
For one participant, having Connection Protection means, “the difference between being homeless and having a home because I will be able to contact employers, and also be contacted for future jobs.”
For another, it means “stretching my money for gas to get to job interviews, having eggs, milk, and butter some months, and it means I don't have to worry about my phone being shut off and missing a job opportunity.”
