Q: How do I get the $20 credit for using a referral code?
A: It will show up as a credit on your monthly bill.

Q: How will my referral credit show up?
A: It will show up automatically on your first bill. You won't have to do a thing.

Q: Where do I enter the referral code I was sent?
A: You'll be prompted to enter your code during the signup process.

Q: Will the person who referred me know if I signed up for Visible service?
A: No. You'll stay anonymous. However, the person who referred you will see an additional $20 credit show up on their account (unless they've already hit the 12 credit limit).

Q: The referral code isn't working, what do I do?
A: There might be a few explanations for that. Don’t worry though, just contact our Care team and they’ll help you get to the bottom of it. Q: What do I get for referring someone?
A: You'll get a $20 credit toward your monthly service.

Q: How do I refer someone?
A: Simply share your referral code from the app or when you're signed in on the website. This code is a unique, 5-digit combination that you can share over text, e-mail, or social media. In the app, you'll find this on the home screen. 

Q: How will my referral credit show up?
A: It will show up as a $20 credit to your monthly bill

Q: Who is eligible for the referral program?
A: Any existing member can refer anyone to become a new member. Unfortunately though, you can't receive credits for past members who have left Visible and are joining again.

Q: Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
A: There is no limit. You can refer as many people as you'd like. You can only accrue up to 12 credits at one time, and you can only use one per month.

Q: Will my credits expire or reset at any point?
A: No, but you can only accrue up to 12 credits at a time. And of course, if you terminate your account, you'll have to say goodbye to your hard-earned credits.

Q: Do I get money if I previously referred people?
A: If you've referred people in the past before the referral program began, you won't get any referral credits. Thanks for spreading the word, but we're all starting fresh with zero credits as of the launch of the program.

Q: How long is this promotion running for?
A: It's here to stay! Keep spreading the word and you'll be able to keep your 12 credits topped off.

Q: Does my account need to be active to receive referral credits?
A: Yes, you'll have to be an active Visible member in order to enjoy this perk. Don't worry, there's always time to come back!

Q: How do I use my credits?
A: Everything runs automatically! One credit will be applied to your next billing statement every month.

Q: Can I use my credits to pay for anything else, i.e. phones sold by Visible?
A: Unfortunately referral credits can only be put toward service charges. However, we have plenty of options to keep phone costs down, so be sure to check out our shop!
