Compatible Apple users: You'll need the most up-to-date iOS software and carrier bundle for your device before you

Compatible Android users: Once 5G is available on your device, connect to WiFi and go to Settings. Then, click on Software Update and select Download and Install to install the upgraded software.
Blade X1 5G, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, Motorola one 5G UW ace, and Samsung Galaxy A42 5G users: Your phone will automatically work with 5G after purchasing it from Visible, but if you aren’t seeing the 5G icon while you’re in a 5G area, please check and make sure you have the latest software bundle.
