Visible Products Technical Support Center

Visible Products Technical Support is available to customers who have purchased a Maintenance Plus Subscription and is based on the product serial number acquired at purchase. Technical Support is also available to customers who have recently purchased one or more of our products and are entitled to 30 days of free support from the date of their first technical support contact. Limited Technical Support is also available to prospective users who have downloaded a demonstration or trial version of any of our products.

Maintenance Plus is renewable on an annual basis and provides subscribers with free technical support, access to product updates and beta releases (via a password-protected area on this web site), and Visible's full credit trade-up guarantee -- if you ever want to trade-up to any of Visible's more expensive products we'll give you full credit for your current product against the new product purchase.

Razor Users, notice that at no cost, we have converted you to Razor Plus Maintenance. Razor Plus Maintenance enables you to swap out any number of Razor licenses for a license of one of our other products.
