Get Technical Support for Razor®
To receive technical support for Razor, contact Visible's office in Oneida, NY between 8am and 5pm Eastern Time:
Technical support is available during a 30-day evaluation of Razor. Support can be extended with the acquisition of a maintenance agreement. Contact the Razor sales team to discuss maintenance agreements at razor_sales@visible.com or (315) 363-8000.
Get Technical Support for Visible Advantage, Visible Analyst, and Visible Developer
To receive technical support for Visible Analyst, Visible Developer or Visible Advantage, contact Visible's office in Framingham, MA between 9am and 6pm Eastern Time:
Technical Support is available to customers who have purchased a Maintenance Plus Subscription and is based on the product serial number acquired at purchase. Technical Support is also available to customers who have recently purchased one or more of our products and are entitled to 30 days of free support from the date of their first technical support contact. Limited Technical Support is also available to prospective users who have downloaded a demonstration or trial version of any of our products.
Maintenance Plus is renewable on an annual basis and provides subscribers with free technical support, access to product updates and beta releases (via a password-protected area on this web site), and Visible's full credit trade-up guarantee -- if you ever want to trade-up to any of Visible's more expensive products we'll give you full credit for your current product against the new product purchase.
