Tech Tip

Did you know?

-- Razor gives you a 32,767 character limit per text field. However, most systems have a maximum line length of 1,024 characters. That said, limiting your text fields to 1,024 characters is a sensible limit.

-- An issues text pane is an ASCII file and can be as big as your maximum file size limit as defined by your system's capabilities.

-- On the Razor PC Admin Tool, the Syslog displays standard error output.

-- Open Office and Star Office are two UNIX applications capable of viewing many popular Microsoft file types.

Advantage and Analyst

Visible Advantage and Visible Analyst receive constant technological and/or conceptual upgrades to perpetuate their place amongst world-leading modeling toolsets. Further, for the first half of 2004, we are offering combined bundling of these toolsets for approximately half price.

Jeff Smith, VP of Business Development, with over 30 years of IT experience, would personally like to talk with each modeling customer about these products. He has helped implement systems in cooperation with IBM, AT&T, SIEMENS, SAP, DIGITAL, GENERAL ELECTRIC, EDS, DOD, PRIME, DATA-GENERAL, HP, and scores of other international corporations. Please phone him at 781-778-0200 (office) or 508-829-7219 (virtual home office) where he waits eagerly to discuss your needs and requirements.

Also, please call Jeff to discuss the new Zachman technology embodied in Visible's new Framework Edition. It represents leading edge technology at some of the world's most competitive pricing!

Question:

If I were in Hawaii and dropped a bowling ball in a bucket of water which is 45 degrees F, and dropped another ball of the same weight, mass, and size in a bucket 30 degrees F, both of them at the same time, which ball would hit the bottom of the bucket first?

Same question, but the location is in Canada?

Answer to the above puzzle can be found here.
